Since placing a deposit on the land (18 February 2013), the land was then registered on 20th May, and settled on 4 June 2013. In this time we had been very busy walking through numerous display homes in search of our dream home!. Upon walking through Mcdonald Jones display homes, we knew instantly that this is what we wanted! After meeting with the sales rep, and going through house designs we eventually decided to build the Havana 3.
On 16 March 2013 we signed our preliminary contract and paid our $3000.
